Step-by-step guidelines for submitting an ad online
Equal opportunity laws preclude specifying sex, race, religion or age in position open advertisements, with the exception of educational institutions with religious affiliations, which may specify religion of applicant.
All classified ad prices are NET priced.
We offer 60 days free online service for both standard and display ad formats!
When posting an ad in ASEE Prism magazine, you will automatically receive sixty days of free online service; and in addition, further website visibility through the Connections E-Newsletter - and it's free! Connections E-Newsletter provides potential job seekers a link that leads directly to the ASEE Classified Advertising website.

Standard Column Ad:
New and Improved Format:
We are offering a newer and a more user friendly readable format changing it from the four column format used previously to a two column format making the flow of the text easier for a reader to follow.
Display Ads:
Design display ads are designed by our talented graphic designers and are carefully edited by our editorial staff. Your ad size is determined by your word count. We offer horizontal and vertical formatting. Black and white logos can be included in your design display ad and are free.
You now have a couple of options readily available to you when you submit your logos. You can load your logos directly into the system or you can send your logo separately from your text to be saved to a file. Your logo must be in a high-resolution format of either JPEG or TIF, 300 dpi.
Camera-ready display ads are created by you or your graphics designer and e-mailed to us as a high-resolution PDF file, 300 dpi. Remember to edit your ad before submitting it. We cannot make changes to an ad once it is formatted in a pdf file.
E-mail a separate word text file of your camera-ready ad. This text will be used for your two month free online service. You can also submit your camera ready format and logos using the new electronic system.

ASEE Classified Advertising Online Service:
Our online service is a year-round service that we offer our customers when circumstances will not allow them to print in the ASEE Prism. Sometimes there may be conflicting application deadline dates and timelines causing a customer not to print in the magazine. You can post an online ad for thirty days online using the ASEE classified advertising website with guaranteed same-day service upon your approval. To submit an ad online you must create an account with ASEE.
Since ASEE Prism magazine is not published during the months of July and August, we offer the ASEE Summer online service as an option for posting online ads.
Your classified online ad will receive additional online exposure through the monthly e-newsletter Connections that will reach additional readers and potential job candidates at no extra cost! The classified advertising web address appears monthly in this newsletter.
