Workplace Matching Gifts

Will your workplace allow your employer to “match” a charitable contribution to a non-profit organization? Matching allows you to double the impact of your generosity! We at ASEE have had much success in individual’s taking a single amount of their money and having their company’s double that amount simply by their matching policy. This is a great opportunity to support and extend corporate philanthropy to our Society. Check your company’s policy on workplace giving and make your contributions out to:

Your donation goes to help members like Jenahive Morgan: Jenahvive Morgan, at Michigan State, heard about ASEE early in her career at Rowan University, where one of the first things she was asked was, “Are you going to the ASEE conference? Are you presenting? Would you like to work on a paper?” In late 2013 she attended the Engineering Technology Leaders Institute and in 2014 her first annual conference. As she says, “ASEE has been a huge influence in helping me learn about active learning and improving my teaching techniques in the classroom. At each conference I learn more about what I can take back and I love that I am able to present what I am working on with my colleagues. And the networking is great - I learned about my current job through the First-Year Program division.” Jenahvive is now on Women in Engineering Division board, where she’s developed a useful network. Thanks to ASEE, her career has gotten off to a great start.
