Session Description
Instructional duties in many civil engineering departments are shared among tenure-track faculty, non-tenure-track faculty, and teaching assistants. The papers in this session provide innovative approaches to mentoring, training, and coordinating this diverse group of personnel to achieve a cohesive department with a shared goal of providing a quality engineering education.
