To all Section Officers, ASEE is pleased to archive your section’s proceedings on PEER. ASEE's IT team will need the following to archive Section proceedings.

1. A collection of all the PDF files for the conference papers.
2. A DOI metadata form holding the paper and author information. You can find the DOI metadata template here.

Please follow these instructions to complete the DOI metadata form.

• author_first_name
  • This should be the first name of the author of each document
  • If there are multiple authors, add 1 line for each in the DOI form
  • The first author listed will be recorded as the primary author
• author_last_name
  • This should be the last name of the author of each document
  • If there are multiple authors, add 1 line for each in the DOI form
  • The first author listed will be recorded as the primary author
• presentation_title
  • This should be the document title
  • topic
  • This should be the topic name of the document
  • You can find a list of available topics here
  • If there are multiple topics, add 1 line for each in the DOI form
• primary_topic
  • This should be either a '1' or a '0' depending on whether the topic on this line is the primary topic
• pdf_name
  • The PDF file name must match the name of the file without the PDF extension
  • The file name must not have any spaces
