  • Discussion and Q&A to address the Next Generation Science Standards*
  • Certificate of completion at end of workshop (helpful for applying for CPE credits)

*The Next Generation Science Standards are expected to be adopted in 2013 in 26 states including Georgia. For the first time, science standards will incorporate principles of engineering education and engineering design. The Lunchtime  Discussion will offer insight on this important development and the implications for teaching and student learning.
